Cleopatra Hospitals Group Earns Eight Regional Recognitions for Healthcare Excellence

Cleopatra Hospitals Group has been recognized by the Arab Hospitals Federation as a Holistic Role Model in the Gold Initiative Certificate, 7th Edition, launched with the support of HIMSS, The Beryl Institute, and the World Council for Medical Tourism, in partnership with PureHealth.

This recognition reflects the strength of an integrated healthcare system built on strong governance, standardized operations, quality improvement, and patient-centered care across a network of 16 healthcare facilities.

In this edition, CHG received recognition across eight key dimensions, earning six Platinum awards and two gold awards. The Group achieved Platinum recognition in Quality Management and Patient Safety, Leadership, Governance and Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence and Resource Optimization, Sustainability, Hospital Design and Resilience, Digital Health and Technology Innovation, and Medical Tourism and International Patient Care Excellence, where it ranked first.

CHG also received gold recognition in Workforce Development and Wellbeing, and Patient Centered Care and Experience.
