To better serve you and provide the care you deserve, CHG has continued to grow and expand its locations and services to offer you a holistic healthcare journey, since our listing on the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) in 2016.

CHG puts your convenience and comfort first that is why we operate six of the nation’s leading hospitals alongside two polyclinics and one of Egypt’s most prominent IVF centers. To suit every patient’s unique needs and preferences. 

We know going through any treatment can be worrying and difficult, that is why CHG’s hospitals offer a holistic approach with you at the center. You will find all the care you would need including diagnostic, medical, and surgical in both inpatient and outpatient units at every facility. We also have you covered with various centers of excellence (CoE) that provide first-rate care no matter the specialty you are searching for cardiology, neurology, orthopedic, urology, and more. Management Team

The Board of Directors is collectively responsible for the long-term success of the Company and the delivery of sustainable value to its stakeholders. The board sets the company’s strategic aims, ensures that the necessary resources are in place for the company to meet its objectives and reviews management performance. The board also sets the company’s values and standards and ensures that its obligations to its shareholders and other stakeholders are understood and met.

CHG’s Board of Directors encompasses backgrounds from different industries that help bolster the Group’s growth trajectory. Their experience brings forth a unique and diverse blend of expertise that contribute to effective decision making, as well as organizational and operational efficiencies that ultimately allow the Group to create value to all its stakeholders.

Cleopatra Hospitals Group’s board of directors includes a total of thirteen board members, with four seats allocated to Care Healthcare Limited (CHG’s founder controlled by CHG’s Chairman Ahmed Badreldin), four seats allocated to MCI Capital (an affiliate of Banque Misr and CI Capital), while the remaining five seats are allocated to the Group CEO, Dr. Ahmed Ezzeldin, and four independent board members with extensive sector experience as follows:
