Cleopatra Hospitals Group has been awarded two Gold-level distinctions at the Arab Hospitals Federation Awards 2025 under the Gold Initiative Certificate – Star of Excellence in Patient Experience 2025, a program carried out in partnership with The Beryl Institute (USA). These honours recognize CHG’s leadership in advancing patient care, governance, and culture, as well as its commitment to innovation and technological transformation in healthcare.
The first Gold award was for Leadership, Governance, Policy & Culture, in recognition of CHG’s strong management frameworks, its policy development, robust organizational structure and its efforts to embed a culture centered on safety, quality and patient wellbeing. The second Gold was for Innovation and Technology, acknowledging the Group’s use of digital tools, forward-looking health technologies, and its continuous investment in smart healthcare solutions to improve outcomes and experiences for patients.
These awards reaffirm CHG’s ongoing mission to create a more patient-centered healthcare system, to empower medical teams, to enhance safety standards and to lead transformative change across its hospitals in Egypt and the wider region.
